Our approach is different: only borrowers who have already closed loans through Alvear Lending and demonstrated their ability to execute will be eligible to raise capital from our investor network.


Additionally, Alvear Ventures operates a registered funding portal, licensed with the SEC. This means that our crowdfunding arm isn’t just innovative; it’s compliant from the ground up.

Alvear Ventures is responsible for the crowdfunding portal and its compliance with Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF), while Alvear Lending solely connects real estate investors with private lending solutions through institutional partners. The two entities work closely together to deliver a smarter capital experience while maintaining operational and regulatory separation.
